Implementation of the project „Renovation and Revitalization of the Historical Park in Lednické Rovne“
within the program "Business in the field of culture, cultural heritage and cultural cooperation" co-financed
by the EEA FM 2014-2021 and the state budget of the Slovak Republic

Approved project grant: 1 251 818 eur.
Participation of Lednické Rovne municipality: 65 885 eur.
The reserve created within the Project represents the sum of 11 500 eur

The aim of the project:
To restore and revitalise pavements, hippodrome, to cut down some woody plants and planting of new onces instead. A new mobiliare and new rest areas will be placed in the Historical park in Lednicke Rovne. A local Museum of Glass will be renewed and International Glass symposium artworks will be set up within the park. Glass manufacturing and the historical park will be propagated. Different types of cultural events are going to take place there. All of the above mentioned ought to contribute to increasing of public awareness, the attractiveness of the area as the culural heritage and so to help make conditions for the project success to be able to make money for its operation. The project implementation will strenghten the cooperation with cultural audience, local service operators to provide visitors with a full set of services. There will also be made an opportunity for involving local craftsmen in the project and involving national minorities in municipal cultural activities and daily life in Lednicke Rovne.
